The Event is designed for business owners who want to increase profits, protect their assets and learn to grow their wealth through leveraging strategies. The goal of the Event is to improve the way that participants do business and to enable participants to learn the skills needed to harness the full power of their businesses.

The Company, through its representatives, reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse or stop service, or require a Participant to leave, (without recourse or right to a refund), for any act of misfeasance including but not limited to: disruptive or disrespectful behavior or communication with anyone present at the Event, for refusing or failing to comply with written or verbal Event rules, or for otherwise interfering in the experience of others in attendance.

Without expectation of compensation or remuneration, now or in the future, You give your consent to the Company to capture and include your image, likeness, and voice, in photographic, video or audio recordings created at the event, all of which may be used for future marketing or advertising purposes without limitation.

While You are free to share your own thoughts and feelings regarding your experience at the Event, You agree that any statements, sentiments or experiences shared by others as part of the Event, shall be treated with respect and confidentiality during and following the Event. The Company will also maintain confidentiality of the information shared by You and others at the Event. The Company reserves the right to share broad outlines of your experiences or transformation for training or marketing purposes but will keep your name and other personal identifying information confidential in such instance.

USE OF THE EVENT OR SERVICES COVERED BY THIS AGREEMENT AND ANY CONTENT PROVIDED THEREIN IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. The Company and its representatives are not responsible for any physical or non-physical damages imagined, perceived, or otherwise sustained as a result of the use of the Services, the Facility hosting the Event, or any information or content provided as part of the Event, including information provided by 3rd party presenters or other experts. The Services provided through the Event are advisory and supportive only, and You bear sole responsibility for the use and implementation of these Services in your life. You are free to reject any advice, suggestions or requests made during the Event at any time. There are no guarantees as to the progress or outcomes that may result from the Services and You are responsible for the results You achieve. You agree that we are not, nor shall ever be, liable to You or anyone else for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive or any other damages arising out of your participation in the Event, including due to the actions, statements or behavior of any third parties or other participants, or conditions of the host Facility. The information provided before, during and/or after the Event are not to be construed as, nor to be viewed as a replacement for, professional services or advice (such as legal, accounting, financial, investment, etc.), and are not to be construed as such. The guidance provided at the Event, including but not limited to any suggestions and/or recommendations made by any of the speakers or Participants should not be relied upon as a replacement for professional services, and all decisions are made at the sole discretion and risk of the Participant.

You also acknowledge and agree that the Company and/or your participation in the Event does not guarantee, represent, warrant, or otherwise promise that your business, revenues, income, funding opportunities, development, expansion or other business goals will be met, increase or improve.

Notwithstanding anything contrary in this Agreement, at all times damages shall be limited to the amount paid, if any, by You to the Company for the services provided through the Event.

This Agreement and any action related thereto shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada without regard to its choice of law principles.

All materials provided to You as part of your participation in the Event are proprietary, are to be used for your personal benefit only, and may not be duplicated, copied, reproduced, published or displayed in any form or otherwise used for any commercial purpose, unless otherwise authorized in writing.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless The Company and its representatives from any claims, liability, damages, losses, harm, costs and expenses, including legal fees and expenses or any other detriment incurred by You in any claims arising out of this Agreement or the Services.

This Agreement represents the entire understanding and agreement of the parties relating to the Event.
